1. The official Anthropic exam guide

The official guide is the source for the exam rules. This page's figures (60 questions, 120 minutes, 720 pass score, $99, 12 months, exam guide v1.0 effective July 2026) come from it, as checked Oct 17, 2026. Links: Associate Foundations exam guide PDF , Partner Academy certifications page for registration, and the Pearson VUE Anthropic page .

The guide says rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before; the FAQ and Pearson VUE page say 48 hours. Use 48 hours to be safe.

2. claudearchitectcertification.com

Disclosure: claudearchitectcertification.com is operated by the same team as ccao-f.com. It is not an independent source.

It offers practice questions and an adaptive plan built around the seven CCAO-F domains. The planner and the PDF on this site work on their own, without a visit to it.

What to look for in any prep resource

A good resource names the exam by its full title and code. It states its exam guide version and matches the seven domains and their weights. It tells you who runs it. Be cautious with any source that quotes a pass rate, a salary figure or a fixed number of correct answers, since this site found no verified source for those.

How to use these together

  1. Read the official guide first, so you know the rules.
  2. Read the seven domains on this site: prompting and evaluation, selection, workflows and configuration, and governance and troubleshooting.
  3. Pick your date on the planner.
  4. Add practice from the resource that suits how you learn.
